("we," "us," or "our") provides career coaching programs, courses, workshops, and educational content designed to help professionals improve their job search strategies, interview skills, and professional networking capabilities. Our services are delivered through online platforms, live sessions, and digital resources.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Prices for our programs are listed on our website and may change without notice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. The Career Diet and its affiliates do not guarantee any specific results, job offers, salary increases, or earnings from the use of our programs. Your success depends on many factors, including your effort, experience, market conditions, and actions you take. All strategies, tools, and training provided are for educational purposes only.

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: sharing login credentials, redistributing course materials, engaging in harassment or disruptive behavior during live sessions, or using our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

All content, materials, branding, logos, and proprietary methods are owned by The Career Diet Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access course materials and coaching sessions will cease immediately.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Career Diet Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, regardless of the theory of liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Career Diet Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
